The 3D printed WagonCam body comes in 3 parts: the base, designed to clip onto a Hornby 4 wheel-coach chassis, and the body itself with lugs to mount a Raspberry Pi Zero, cut-out for ZeroCam and holes for 3mm LEDs. Finally the roof, which has recesses for small LiPo battery and Adafruit PowerBoost - with space to plug in a Micro USB charging cable.
The base and body can be printed with fairly standard settings, although I have found increasing both wall thickness and infill density helps. The roof needs to have supports for the recesses which can be broken out afterwards.
